In most cases, we feel that the best cleaning results are achieved using hot water instead of chemicals. If we do use cleaning products on your carpet, they’ll be bio-degradable and will leave no trace of chemicals in your home.
If you have pets, children, asthma, or are chemically sensitive, our approach will definitely be better for you.
How long will it take to clean my carpets and furniture?
How long will it take for my carpets and furniture to dry?
Carpet drying times depend on many different conditions, including how soiled the carpets were before cleaning, external weather conditions, humidity, and the material of your carpet. If drying times are a concern to you, just mention it to us when you book as we can provide high-powered drying fans to quicken the drying process.
Rug drying times are similar to shag carpets, around 3-8 hours in cold months and significantly less in warm weather.
What furniture do you move?

Firstly, you need to contact us straight away in order for us to address your problem as soon as possible. We offer you a maximum of 7 days after us cleaning to get in touch, once this time frame has elapsed we won’t be held responsible for any grievance you might have.
